BACKGROUND

Meredith (she/her) graduated from the University of Colorado with a dual major in fine arts and biology.  For almost two decades, she worked in community health care and served in the US Peace Corps as an HIV/AIDS advisor in Lesotho.  She earned her masters degree in nursing from the University of Virginia and worked with the most inspiring underserved, first-time mothers through the Nurse Family Partnership program.

After having children, Meredith tapped into her inner mystic and built a mindfulness coaching practice.  She graduated from the YogaLifeNH philosophy program and earned her Usui-Tibetan Reiki master certification.  Along the way, Meredith's creative side would no longer be ignored so she threw herself into website design.  Now, she draws on all her experience to launch you into the world fully energized and illuminated.

Currently, she Meredith is the Co-director of the Concord Greenspace Coalition advocating for smart growth, equitable development, and local climate action in Concord, NH.
