As-Needed Updates

For any website changes or updates, there is a flat fee of $25 per request. If the change requires more than 30 minutes of work, additional time will be billed at $50 per hour.  This covers:

• Content and image updates

• Layout adjustments

• Lightbox pop-up designs

• Minor design tweaks

Ideal for clients who need occasional changes without a long-term commitment.

Annual Maintenance Plan

This package includes unlimited updates, minor design tweaks, troubleshooting, and priority support to ensure your site stays up-to-date and fully functional. Ideal for clients who want ongoing support and regular updates to keep their website fresh and optimized throughout the year.

Note: Major redesigns or structural changes are not included in the annual package. For large-scale updates, fees will be determined based on the scope of the project.

User Training Sessions

These 1 hour online sessions offer personalized guidance on managing your website, including posting blogs, editing content, updating pages, and managing events. Designed to help you confidently handle your site.

Wix Hosting Plan Renewal

Your Wix plan automatically renews 14 days prior to expiration to prevent service disruptions. The renewal will be at FULL PRICE, which is twice the original cost, as the 50% promo code used initially will not automatically apply. Learn how to renew at a discounted price here. If you run into trouble, Meredith can assist for a $200 service fee.
